The criminal court holiday dates for next year in the Sheriffdom of Lothian and Borders have now been confirmed.
The Sheriff Principal, Nigel Ross, has, in virtue of the power conferred upon him by Section 9 of the Criminal procedure (Scotland) Act 1995, prescribed court holidays in respect of criminal business.
Details of what this means for the Sheriff Courts at Selkirk, Jedburgh, Livingston and Edinburgh are contained in the Act of Court attached above.
