Your feedback is needed — SCTS wants to speed up raising Ordinary Actions and needs your help

The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service is now able to start exploring a new application programme interface (API) service for raising Ordinary Actions in the Sheriff Court and ASSPIC.

The service allows for bulk submissions of Initial Writs and would benefit those that do high volume ordinary cause business in the Sheriff Court.

The second new service under consideration is the ability to allow bulk submission of documents to the Court of Session, Sheriff Court and ASSPIC. This would be for any action carried out at these locations.
